After an inspirational 5-week journey, Autsera graduated from the F-LANE Accelerator for Female Empowerment. We were one of only 9 female-led start-ups from around the world to receive personalised support, bespoke training and access to new business networks. During the programme, we attended numerous fireside chats, expert talks, leadership sessions, roundtable discussions and even wellbeing workshops!
We benefited from 1:1 mentoring in product-specific functions such as product design, data and technology with industry experts from Ubisoft, DICE-EA, Futurice, OLX group and Babbel. We discussed marketing and growth strategies at length with mentors from Duolingo and Incisive Edge. And we covered the other cornerstones of business whether strategy, finance, legal and organisation with better ventures, Hanisha Vaswani Consulting, She Syndicate, WLOUNGE and Vodafone.
A very important concept for us at Autsera is social impact and we were fortunate to deepen our knowledge about diversity, theory of change and measuring impact from the F-LANE partners and contributors Social Entrepreneurship Akademie, Yunus Social Business, Impact Hub Berlin, and Vodafone Institute for Society and Communications.
From the opening session to the closing ceremony, we were inspired by excellent keynote speeches about topics such as purpose, growth, self-expression, and the making of a successful entrepreneur. It has been an enjoyable and enriching experience personally and professionally.
