At Autsera, we are passionate about helping children develop their social communication skills. We started Autsera after witnessing first-hand how early support can make a real difference to children, empowering them, widening their prospects and unlocking their potential. We realised that many parents were looking for affordable, accessible and engaging ways to support their children’s development.

We combine advanced technology and gamification to build smart, personalised digital games that help children develop their social, emotional, speech and language skills. Our games were initially developed with children who often need additional support, but are designed to benefit a broader range of children. Children and their parents, teachers and therapists have helped shape our apps, activity sheets and picture storybooks, creating engaging experiences that extend beyond screen-based play.

Our work contributes to four of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals: Health and Wellbeing, Quality of Education, Gender Equality, and Reduced Inequalities. We are honoured to have been supported by Google for Startups, Vodafone and NatWest. We have won multiple Innovate UK grants including two prestigious Innovate UK awards in 2023: the Women In Innovation Award and the Inclusive Innovation Award.
