We are launching a social communications game called EmoGami designed for children aged 5-8 who struggle with reading emotions and social cues. It will come with a teacher's dashboard so that school teachers can assess the children's emotional intelligence learning and remotely provide them with the needed support.
This educational game is being developed using support from the the Innovate UK Covid-19 Fast Track competition grant. It is currently being piloted in schools and a refined release version will be launched in November 2020.
Hope you are having a good start to your summer. Stay tuned for our #20in20 summer top tips for a healthy, safe and fun summer! We have prepared 20 new videos that we will be sharing on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube channels over the school holidays! It is summertime and your children are home from school (again!) What better way to entertain them for an afternoon or two than pulling faces, acting out different emotions and taking selfies with a phone or tablet? Even better, how about joining our Summer Selfie Competition and winning a £20 gift voucher!
It is such an honour for Autsera to be selected as one of the winners of the Innovate UK Covid-19 Fast Track competition. With this grant, we will be able to develop interactive games to support autistic children with their remote learning.
"We are working hard to support students and educators in the UK to ensure the inclusion of autistic children during these disrupting times. Congratulations to fellow winners!" said Inas, co-founder of Autsera.
