EmoGami is a New Game that Helps Children Recognise Emotions and Read Social Cues through Fun and Engaging Gameplay
Autsera Game Studio has launched their debut educational game, EmoGami, that aims to help children struggling with understanding emotions and reading social cues.
Now launched on PC platforms for schools, EmoGami will also be available on app stores as an app for parents to download and use at home from Saturday 19th June 2021.
Many children find it difficult to read different emotions and many social cues can be tricky to understand. That’s where EmoGami can help. The new game aims to help children with these skills through a variety of interactive gameplays that increase in difficulty gradually, to let each child play at their own pace, and progress from basic emotions to more challenging ones.
Children are motivated to play and learn by collecting reward coins as they match facial expressions to emotions. They also have the opportunity to express their creativity and control their own gaming experience, through building their own diverse characters and choosing between different themes for the game, offering a truly immersive and personalised experience.
EmoGami also offers teachers and parents remote access and a personalised dashboard to monitor the progress of each child individually and provide personalised support. They can also control and limit the amount of screen time for each child according to their needs.
Autsera Game Studio developed EmoGami with social communication experts alongside rich advice from game experts in Ubisoft and DICE to ensure that the game is educational, fun and engaging without being over stimulating. EmoGami is autism and colour blind friendly, ensuring inclusivity for as many children as possible.
